How long until it arrives?
10–20 business days. Everything is printed after you order, so there's a production window before it ships. You'll get tracking by email once it's on the way.
Why does it take that long?
We don't hold inventory. Nothing is made until someone orders it, which means no warehouse full of unsold shirts and no guessing at what sizes to stock. The tradeoff is the wait.
What size should I get?
Each product page lists measurements in inches. The most reliable method: take a shirt you already like the fit of, lay it flat, measure it, and match those numbers. Letters mean different things at different brands; inches don't.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. It's coming.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
We replace it free, no return needed. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. See Returns & Exchanges.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Within 14 days, unworn and unwashed. You cover return shipping, we cover the replacement.
Will this drop restock?
No. Drop 001 closes on its posted date and these three pieces come down. Anything that returns later returns changed.
How do I care for the prints?
Cold wash, inside out, hang or tumble dry low. Never iron directly onto the print. Do that and it outlasts the shirt.
